To put his body in value, nothing beats well-fitting jeans. But between slim, skinny and straight leg, how to choose the right jeans?
Jeans may be more or less so near the body more or less tight. There are different cuts for different morphologies. Some forgive defects, others are made for those who have no complex or a body close to perfection.
The slim is rather tolerant
In men wholesale clothing fashion, the slim jeans emphasize the natural curves being rather tight but not too much. It curves pretty much the shape of the posterior and thighs. But it has no really sticky effect which may be suitable for those who have some roundness they prefer to hide.
However, it is necessary to be careful to choose the cut of the size and the place of the pockets. With stiff slim jeans (less than 1% elastane), we have a model not too sticky at the knees. But we do not have any illusions because "slim" means "thin". It has a narrow cut at the thighs, calves, and ankle but without a hyper-molding effect.
Skinny jeans do not forgive anything
It's a second skin; the skinny jeans have a cutter tighter than the slim and everything is tightened to the extreme. It's very tight (skinny means "skinny") so we can not hide anything.
Skinny jeans can be stylish when you have a slender figure. It must be stretchy so that it is not too difficult to put on or take off. We avoid the 100% cotton that will never take the exact shape of the body. With 40% elastane, we have real comfort but we also have extremely tight pants.
It must be cut right from the start because it will never adapt to your shape. It's the jeans that do not forgive anything. And no, contrary to what we hear all too often, he does not
The straight leg jeans, a good compromise
The straight leg is a classic that suits almost all body types. It is sometimes called "Regular" or "cigarette jeans". It must be "straight" that is to say "right" on the whole leg.
In fact, from the top of the thigh to the ankle, these straight jeans and tightens slightly without sticking to the knees or ankles. It blurs little defects (hips or bellies) with a normal size (and not a low waist). But it must not be too long or too wide at the risk of being neglected.
For a closer look, the semi-slim can also be a solution, halfway between the straight leg and the classic slim.
